The President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio returned home attending Global Education Summit in England and a trip to Turkey.

President Julius Maada Bio left the shores of Freetown to attend Global Education Summit in London. The President was accompanied by the First Lady of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Fatima Jabbie Maada Bio and the Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education and Chief Innovation Officer for the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation, David Moinina Sengeh.

Through the Global Education Summit in London, President Bio was abled to secure support to improve education in Sierra Leone and in support of the Free Quality Education.

His Excellency and First Lady later left London and flew to Turkey on an invitation by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey. They held successful meeting and strengthen their bilateral relationship.

After a successful trip to London and Turkey, President Julius Maada Bio has returned home with the First Lady, Fatima Jabbe Maada Bio.
