The Ebenezer Almighty Prospers (EAP) Group of companies in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs and York Community in Western Area Rural are set to open a new city called “Motherland City” at the said community.

Making his statement yesterday November 15 at the Freetown City Council Hall in Freetown, the President and Chairman of EAP, Professor Alex O. Philips, stated that Sierra Leone has a huge housing deficit, and that their group will be embarking on a housing project that will consist of luxurious five bedroom homes to be done by the first luxury property developing company in Sierra Leone.

Philips said everyone has a part to play in the development of the country and that is why they had taken the mantle to execute the plan.
He said the project will first involve the launch of a water park that will be able to accommodate two thousand (2,000) people at the same time before next year’s Easter.

Philips said the housing facility would state of the art with 21st century facilities which would be made affordable to the average Sierra Leonean.
He also said they had implemented a 60-month payment plan for any average Sierra Leonean to be able to make payment for the property within the span of 5 years.

He said EAP seeks to expose Sierra Leone to the world for investment opportunities, and is poised to establish the first smart city in Sierra Leone, which according to him, will announce to the world that the country has more to offer as a destination for investment opportunities and tourism.

He said they would be building the first wax African heritage museum in the world in Sierra Leone to enable tourists to know more about the rich history of the country.

The Vice President of EAP, Esther Mabinty O. Phillips stated there is so much negativity about Sierra Leone and they want to see a positive narrative of the country and as citizen, everyone has a role to play towards the development that will get investors to invest in Sierra Leone.
